*sigh* Maybe I'm a total girl, but the blanket is one of my favourite Herc/Iolaus moments.

One of the things I love about that moment is that if it had happened in fanfic, we might have looked at it sideways, thinking "Yeah, well, Hercules is a nurturing kinda guy, but surely he wouldn't go that far". But it's CANON. And I adore it.
